Dr. laheqa suljuki, O.D.
Dr. Suljuki is passionate about vision and ocular health and treating her patients like family. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego and received Doctor of Optometry degree from the InterAmerican University Puerto Rico in 2015.
Dr. Suljuki became passionate about vision and health care and changed her career path from law school to optometry after attending a OneSight mission trip to Ghana Africa that opened her eyes to the vision care needs of the world.
Outside of the office, Dr. Suljuki loves to bake artisan sourdough bread and cook a variety of ethnic cuisines. She is fluent in her native language of Farsi, and also speaks Spanish she learned while living in Puerto Rico.
Dr. Edgardo Cintron, O.D.
Dr. Cintron loves helping patients see their best and provide quality eye exams with excellent bedside manner for the whole family. He received his Bachelors of Science in Biomedical Sciences at University of Puerto Rico and received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from the InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico in 2015.
Dr. Cintron is enthusiastic about vision care and focuses his time with each patient to perfect their prescription and provides thorough analysis of their ocular health.
Originally from Puerto Rico, Dr. Cintron is fluent in Spanish and loves to travel to visit his family back home. On his free time, he loves hiking, biking and spending time outdoors in nature.

Dr. Amanjot mashiana, O.D.
Dr. Mashiana strives to make your eye exam as memorable and positive as possible, ensuring you see your best and understand your eye health. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry.
Her care and knowledge shines through with her friendly, easy-going nature. She aims to make each patient feel valued and understood, providing them personalized, comprehensive care.
Dr. Mashiana is originally from Canada, she fell in love with San Diego while in Optometry school and has now made it home after getting married. In her spare time she loves to read, hike, travel, and binge watch the latest and greatest new tv shows. She also is a big foodie, and loves trying different types of cuisine. She is also fluent in the Punjabi language.
Dr. nina song, O.D.
Dr. Song brings her energy and passion for vision to work each day by providing a detailed assessment so you know all about your eyes. Her education includes obtaining her Bachelors of Sciences in Biology from the San Diego State University, and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry.
Dr. Song became interested in optometry while volunteering for a nonprofit organization where she learned that there was more to the eyes than just glasses. Dr. Song became passionate about helping her patients understand about their visual functions and ocular health. She understood the importance of taking care of each of her patients as individuals and listening to their concerns.
Her education includes obtaining her Bachelors of Sciences in Biology from the San Diego State University, and her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences, College of Optometry. A San Diego native, Dr. Song is bilingual, fluent in Vietnamese. Outside of optometry, Dr. Song enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with her family. She's also known among her friends and family to be a foodie, especially when it comes to sushi.
Dr. janel mallari, O.D.
Dr. Mallari provides care to her patients the way she would like to receive care, herself. She earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from San Diego State University, and graduated cum laude with her Doctor of Optometry degree from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico, School of Optometry.
Her interest in Optometry first sparked with volunteer work that focused on vision therapy, learning that eye exams can be much more than just getting patients to “see 20/20.”
Dr. Mallari’s focus is to help you see with the best of your ability, and to help you feel confident and empowered in taking care of your own eye health.
Dr. Mallari is a San Diego native and enjoys dancing, playing the piano, traveling, coffee, and spending time with her dog named Nagini.
Dr. Nathan Nguyen, O.D.
Dr. Nguyen seeks to deliver quality care that allows each patient to appreciate the gift of sight. His interest in vision came from the most unlikely of places: while on vacation. He realized that clear and comfortable vision is one of the most important senses that allows us to enjoy the beauty of the our world.
Dr. Nguyen received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Biology from the University of California, Riverside, and graduated with his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern California College of Optometry at Marshall B. Ketchum University.
Being a San Diego native, he enjoys everything that the outdoors has to offer. From surfing to fishing, hiking and exploring for hidden gems, you’ll find him in the outdoors and sunshine…with sunglasses on of course.
